Dr. Chan was able to properly identify that my severe ear infection was fungal, not bacterial and set a new treatment path. I'm continuing followup visits, as eardrum was now compromised from the infection but didn't happen until Show moredays after my first visit and I was already on the new treatment. So we had to adjust meds and continue observation/treatment. Was very improved on fungus reduction, no pain, drum should heal.
I have been seeing Dr. Chan every couple of years for ear wax removal. He always does a thorough exam and has given me advice on how to avoid too much buildup. He is attentive and very knowledgeable. He takes his time with you Show moreto explain everything and doesn’t rush through the appointment. I would be returning to him again if I need to see an ENT in the future.

Proficient doctor. A lot of reviews say "he doesn't care", but seems like that is his general conversational tone / emotions. Diagnosis seems realistic, prescribed medicine seems to help.
