About Nonné Ramos, PT, DPT, MPH

Nonné Ramos PT, DPT, MPH is a Physical Therapist at Bowman Physical Therapy in the River Oaks area of Houston, Texas.

Nonné received a Bachelors in Science with an emphasis in pre-allied healthcare from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and Masters in Public Health from New York Medical College. Both her thesis and practicum experience focused on posture, its impact on the body and how it plays a role in every body system.

Nonné is passionate about the power of movement, the impact it can have on an individual physically, mentally and emotionally. She is a firm believer that movement is medicine. She uses evidence based practice to provide the highest possible quality of care she can to all her patients. Her interests include posture, lower extremity musculoskeletal and balance impairments.

Nonné grew up playing competitive soccer until an injury required her to start PT to recover, there her passion for physical therapy started. In her spare time, Nonné enjoys reading, being outside, traveling and spending time with her husband and two cats. She is a Houston Astros, Dynamo and Dash fan!
