Dr. Randhawa is attentive and caring. Excellent!!!
The office building and the surrounding is well maintained. The interior environment is pleasant usually soft music is playing sounds like smooth jazz (slightly louder than my preference). The staff always pleasant with a helpful manner is appropriate and professional. Dr. Randhawa presents well, provides information freely, answers questions readily and makes sound decisions. I believe my medical care is in excellent hands with Dr. Randhawa and SFMC.

Everyone was very kind and friendly. Dr was very attentive, and showed intrest in my heath. I look forward to returning to your office for many years to come.
I was seen at short notice and received excellent care.
My recent visit to see Dr. Randhawa was not long but was helpful and provided information moving forward. The office experience went smoothly and I was in and out in a reasonable time. I would say another positive healthcare experience as usual.

Great
Professional and thorough.
It was very welcoming and I felt like all my concerns were listened to and was provided with good feedback
Dr Randhawa is amazing. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She is very caring and reassuring that she will take care of you.
New technology in the office.
Convenient and professional.
I arrived about 30 minutes early though they only suggest arriving 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment. I used their online registration (they send you a link) so getting checked in is really just letting them know that you're there. The online registration process takes maybe 3-5 minutes. The office is well appointed and the waiting area is comfortable. My name was called fairly quickly, I was then taken to the patient care area placed in a private room and a brief patient interview followed. I had the opportunity to ask questions and report any health concerns. I was then left waiting for the Doctor, maybe 45 minutes passed. I did not feel at all that the wait was excessive. The physician was pleasant on approach addressed my concerns and what might be done next. Also, something I found helpful, the office is divided into various departments so some services like labs can be done there and you don't have to leave and go to another location. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. I gave them 5 stars if you have to go to a doctors office this one is a wise choice.
My appointment was scheduled at 10, I wasn’t called to the back until 10:45.
I was able to see Dr. Niti R. and discuss about my asthma and not being able to inhale without stress. She ckd my texts done a day earlier at UTSW E.R. and she ckd my breathing and saw I was struggling. She prescribed my medications and a shot. I feel so much better today. I was able to be seen by your doctor and so grateful for that.
Smooth and complete as usual
Great experience
Always very informative and takes the time to answer my questions/concerns. I never feel rushed during my appointments whether in person or by tele-visit.
Dr. Randhawa is AMAZING - she always listens and validates my concerns and provides a plan of how to address my health needs. She gets 5 starts ever time I see her! I saw 2 nurses today, both were nice but not friendly. I had a hard time hearing both of them and in addition to speaking softly they also spoke quickly. I honestly had no idea what they said the first or even the second time when I asked them to repeat themselves (2 stars). I also waiting in the room, after bring called back, for an hour. A full hour! It's just ridiculous to be asked to arrive early to your appointment (which I did), to get call back to the rooms a few minutes after my appointment time (which is acceptable), got my vitals checked, then sat in a room by myself for a hour before the doctor arrived. After the doctor left, I was left waiting again for 30 minutes to be discharged (1 star).
