I have no issues with the associate's, it’s the inconvenience of Saturday closures. Clients like myself who travel two plus hours have to take a full day off work during the week to receive my treatment. Due to this I was unable to receive treatment I had paid for because they expired. This is what I was told by the receptionist. I would like to ask, is the office ever going back to opening Saturday’s?
Jackson at the front desk is such a breath of fresh air. Friendly, genuine and engaging. His demeanor made me feel welcomed, unlike when Evelyn is at front desk. Evelyn’s demeanor is that of not liking her job and that I am a nuisance

Filling out the same redundant forms every visit to get a B12 shot is ridiculous. I mean, how many times do you have to ask me my birthday the form should be pre-populated with the information that stays the same and you already have. That’s why the two star rating, you can do better.
Forms easy to complete, I was asked necessary health questions, asked if I had any questions, and I was in and out within 30 minutes.

Honestly, this place is just a ripoff. I bought a Groupon for $100 for a month of Tirzepatide. Since I had already been on it, I started at a higher dose. The UPCHARGE for the higher dose was $599 (so $699 total). No amount of arguing or trying to explain that they were charging me so much that the Groupon was basically useless would get them to understand. There are WAY better/cheaper options out there. I switched to TryEden and it's a MUCH better experience, and much cheaper.
