Very friendly doctor, a good listener she gives good advice on she cares for her patients well. Her warm presence filled the room when she entered the room. I was scared the second time I went to see her’ I was very nervous that IShow more even told the nurse that did my vitals, she laughed on said that don’t worry we don’t bite. But has soon as miss Nicole enter the room with that peaceful smile, all my worries went away. I can recommend her to everyone who feels like , how I was feeling. Smiles
She was the best primary care provider. She quickly noticed I had a sinus infection and provided me with the best medicine. Her nurse, Tina (I think her name was Tina), was so good—she injected me without causing any pain.
Dr. Nicole Nicophene is a board-certified family practitioner specializing in comprehensive health care for people of all ages. She attended University of Florida where she graduated from the College of Medicine and went on to complete her residency at Tallahassee Memorial Family Medicine. Dr. Nicophene has spend the last thirteen years of her career building her reputation as a diverse and knowledgeable doctor in preventative care, diabetes, and chronic care managment.
As a strong advocate for preventitive care, Dr. Nicophene emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention. She works closely with patients to develop personalized wellness strategies, empowering them to take control of their health and make informed decisions about their care.
Recently she has been awarded the Marquis award for "Who's Who Top Doctors" for the years 2021 and 2022. Dr. Nicophene prides herself on the instrumental and valuable role she has taken on as a healthcare advocate in the Haitian community and her commitment to servicing others through the volunteer hours she has given to the Diabetes Community Health Project.
In her time away from practicing medicine, Dr. Nicophene likes running, exercising, playing piano, dancing and singing. She enjoys teaching as well as spending time with friends and family. She speaks Enghlish and Haitian Creole fluently.

First time at the Davie location- Julie was the nurse I saw who was fantastic-personable & professional. Waited a short time to see Dr Zelch, also, great, diagnosed my problem and sent me on my way. Unfortunately, that was Dr Zelch’s last day at that facility :(

Dr. Nicophene was very thorough during her examination. She attentively listened to concerns. She followed through with a phone call in the afternoon, just as she said she would.
I always have a good experience with Dr Fernandez.
I requested an inhaler (albuterol) and got instead a medication similar to advair but more expensive.
Dr. Fernandez is one of a kind. She has been a partner in my health care for years. She listens, cajoles, supports, and sometimes uses tough love when she cares about my health more than I do. She never talks at me, but we have conversations about my health where my opinion matters. I trust her with my life.
Dr Zelch is excellent. Great bedside manner. Never rushes me. Highly recommended.
