I have seen Dr. M Teltzer for a few years now. He is very compassionate, caring, and most important very professional. as a cardiac nurse myself who has practiced cardiovascular for 40 years I could not have asked for a more resouShow morerceful cardiovascular physician . As the years went by the relationship that developed was phenomenal. I found I could ask him anything medically. He also helped me considerably as I retired from the profession. Naturally, I was sadden to hear he also was going to retire! He put me at ease as I faced cardiac issues. Happy Retirement Dr. Teltzer. This was my first time int he office, and it was great! As a Black woman, it was a huge comfort to interact with Black women and other women of color at every step of the visit - at the check in desk, the medical assistant, the doShow morector, and checking out. Everyone was king, patient, helpful, and listened. Highly recommend
Dr. Nicole Nicophene is a board-certified family practitioner specializing in comprehensive health care for people of all ages. She attended University of Florida where she graduated from the College of Medicine and went on to complete her residency at Tallahassee Memorial Family Medicine. Dr. Nicophene has spend the last thirteen years of her career building her reputation as a diverse and knowledgeable doctor in preventative care, diabetes, and chronic care managment.
As a strong advocate for preventitive care, Dr. Nicophene emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention. She works closely with patients to develop personalized wellness strategies, empowering them to take control of their health and make informed decisions about their care.
Recently she has been awarded the Marquis award for "Who's Who Top Doctors" for the years 2021 and 2022. Dr. Nicophene prides herself on the instrumental and valuable role she has taken on as a healthcare advocate in the Haitian community and her commitment to servicing others through the volunteer hours she has given to the Diabetes Community Health Project.
In her time away from practicing medicine, Dr. Nicophene likes running, exercising, playing piano, dancing and singing. She enjoys teaching as well as spending time with friends and family. She speaks Enghlish and Haitian Creole fluently.

Great addition to the practice since Dr. H left. He talks with you as a patient, and he shares his knowledge. As a nurse, I feel good having him as the captain of my medical health. I hope the management of this medical practice supports him.
