The office was welcoming, the staff friendly and efficient and Nicole had insight into my issues and potential solutions like no one has before.
Dr. Helger is a fantastic doctor! She spends quality time with me. Really trying to work on several issues. Dr. Helger is very easy going and answers any and all questions!!
Nicole is great! I wouldn't change a thing. I have been with a lot of doctors in the 30 years I have been medically managing my ADHD. She has by far been the best person I've ever worked with. I started looking forward to my therapy sessions rather than dreading them. If you give her a try, you won't be disappointed. She is fun, smart, and very easy to talk to.
Nicole is amazing! She is open to listen to concerns and patient in finding the right treatment. She was able to validate my symptoms that I have felt for so many years which helped my overall confidence and ability to help my self be open to strategies to better help my mental health.

Nicole was very knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. I found it easy to discuss the issues at hand with her without her being judgmental. She suggested a medication change which she felt would help minimize some of my complaints and explained her recommendation throughly.
