The whole experience was awesome! They got me scheduled for an appointment quickly, and they got me in a room just a few minutes after I arrived for the appointment. The staff were friendly as was Nikki Black. She didn’t rush throShow moreugh the appointment and also let me know to contact them if I needed anything afterwards. I was super impressed at how fast they got the prior authorization for my medication. Within an hour of leaving, they had it done and approved! VERY satisfied!
I got an appointment on the same day I called. Every single person I saw, regardless of their job, was pleasant and caring, both on my way in and way out. This is how medical care should be. So glad I found Nicole Black and her cShow moreo-workers. Thanks for making a good day out of one that started out not so good. These people really like their jobs!

Nicole Black always makes me fill comfortable. She never looks at her watch or phone to see if my appointment time is up. She listens to me and I truly appreciate that! The entire staff is wonderful.
