Dr. Alexander is thorough, kind and knowledgeable! I appreciated her phenomenal communication skills and bedside manner at my new patient appointment.
Compassionate and caring doctor (Resident too). Highly recommended.
Very good experience. Doctor is very pleasant.
Dr. Alexander and her staff treat you with the utmost respect. She explains everything in words you can understand. She cared about her patients.
I have had headaches due to nerve issues in my neck for a long time. She offered several options, is very knowledgeable, and my headaches have almost completely subsided after just a few months. I can't thank her enough.
My experience was excellent. The visit was excellent in every aspect. Dr Alexander was very thorough in reviewing my symptoms and possible diagnosis. After reviewing possible options, discussed future treatment plan. Very impressed with Dr Alexander's knowledge and attention to her patients concerns.
The doctor explained everything! Even my granddaughter understood everything she was saying. And the other workers there were also magnificent very friendly.
Thorough, caring, friendly! Best neurologist I’ve ever had!
I was ridiculed and shamed for asking for clarification on things the doctor said that contradicted both her previous statements, and the statements of several other doctors who have helped me. Once I questioned why her newest medical advice contradicted what I understood for clarity, she became extremely aggressive and demeaning. She accused me of looking for drugs, and being an alcoholic, instead of answering my direct medical questions then asked me to leave. I’ve never been so ashamed in my life, I was almost in tears at reception trying to pay. The clerk even noticed my state and asked if I was alright. While tryin to pay I overheard the doctor laughing with other people and heard her referring to me and our interaction. The entire lobby heard this as well. It was a traumatic experience in an environment one would hope to feel compassion and empathy from an expert. I’ve already sought therapy after this and missed work. I honestly don’t know what else to say. I sincerely hope she was just having a rough day and this is not the way that patients are regularly treated at DCND.
Very caring and showed great concern for my issues. Very determined to find answers for me. Dr Alexander is recommended hands down over anyone else. The entire staff from check in, through intake and Dr visit, through check out were all top notch. I'd give 100 stars if I could.

She came in and explained the procedure Luke she had all the time in the world! Her med student was excellent and came in and explained procedure and the pros and cons of the Botox before Dr Alexander came in. Both were very thorough!!
