Global Dermatology is a veteran-owned and family-run medical dermatology clinic focused on providing the best quality care to patients. Led by Nickolas Poulos, DO, the team strives to provide the residents of Colorado Springs, Colorado, exceptional care in a welcoming, friendly setting.
Dr. Poulos is a native of Florida and received his undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Miami. After graduation, he proudly served in the US Army for four years as a health care specialist, then went on to pursue a career in medicine and attended Nova Southeastern University. He completed a Traditional Rotating Internship and Dermatology Residency at Larkin Community Hospital.
Dr. Poulos is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology, a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, and a fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology.
After graduating, Dr. Poulos opened Global Dermatology in beautiful Colorado Springs. As a boutique dermatology clinic, the team is able to take a personalized approach to care and get to know each of their patients. In addition to routine skin checks and providing treatment for common skin concerns like acne and eczema, Dr. Poulos is skilled in performing Mohs surgery for skin cancer. Global Dermatology also offers cosmetic dermatology services, including Botox® injections, chemical peels, and microneedling. Global Dermatology is accepting new patients of all ages and looks forward to serving you and your family. Best dermatologist I have been to! He takes his time and is very thorough. He takes time to explain and make sure that he answers all of your questions. His office staff is always organized and on time.

I really loved this office. They are professional and friendly and helped put my mind at ease. Dr Poulos listened to my situation and came up with a plan that was so much better than I expected. My husband came with me to my appointment and ended up scheduling an appointment for himself after seeing how great they were.
Fantastic MD with extensive knowledge of auto immune skin conditions which is why I sought him out. I would give 5 stars but being that I have a history of religious abuse and his entire office is covered in extreme "Bible Art", it's so triggering for me to visit his office I'm unsure if I can continue or not. I wish doctors billing insurance could leave their personal beliefs out of their for profit healthcare offices.

The doctor's great! As for his staff I believe they play a little too much. Too much giggling laughing goofing off for my taste this is a serious issue. Nothing against a happy office staff just a bit more professionalism would be nice. Especially when patients are coming in for possible cancer.
