I have been going to Dr. Nick for several years. His professionalism and knowledge are second to none. As the head soccer coach of one of the top high school teams in the country I have recommended several of my players to Dr. NicShow morek and they all walked out of his office feeling much better then when they arrived!
Dr Nick is very experienced and knowledgeable in overall health. He’s pleasant easy to talk to. The staff is very good too. The office overall is very clean and is run efficiently and in a timely manner.

With the exception of Dr. Nick being a Cowboys fan, the experience is ALWAYS a positive one. ;-)

I’ve been going to Dr. Carofilis for many years and if I have a problem and I need an appointment his office is very accommodating. Him and his staff are friendly, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable in each of their jobs. I would recommend them to anyone that needs Chiropractic care.
Dr Nick and his entire staff does an excellent job. He has a great bedside manner and is very personable. The minute you walk into his practice you feel welcomed. Tiffany, Jen, Nina, Dr O and Dr Nick are able to take care of any aches on pains that you may have. I would highly recommend this practice!

The physical therapy at NJ Spine and Wellness is the best!
