Very nice nurses and staff. Felt at ease and comfortable
At check in they were requesting $250 but our insurance company told us there should be no fee. The check-in employee said he would bill our insurance and if they wouldn’t pay then we would get billed. We are not sure what the disShow morecrepancy is at this time. They took me to the “waiting” area where I get undressed and put a gown on and waited on the hospital bed. The nurse said they were running about an hour late. I had all my prescription info written on paper and it was on my phone but left it in the original waiting room where my wife was so I had to guess at my prescriptions to a certain extent. The nurse taking my information was nice but she’s up close to her computer-monitor and my head was further away from her making some of her questions hard to hear. She was on the side of me, not face to face that is easier to communicate. Plus she has a mask on and I know that’s essential. My thought is they should do this face to face before I am in undressed and in a gown laying on a hospital bead under-covers. After about 45 minutes the anesthesiologist brought me to the procedure room and again, she was a nice person and friendly. She had told me she was the one to anesthetize me. After a short while as she started to prep me another anesthesiologist came in and now it was decided this one that just came in was to anesthetize me. They had some small talk (friendly) amongst themselves and the original anesthesiologist left without saying anything else to me. (She did tell me earlier that this other one was taking over) A few minutes after that, someone came in and had a discussion with this “new” anesthesiologist that boarded on a disagreement just short of an argument. I thought it was odd in front of a patient to behave like that. That only lasted a few minutes and after that all seemed very normal. The doctor had great bedside manners. Over all good but maybe a few things you can’t do better in the future. Of course the most important thing is the knowledge and experience of the doctor and that seemed to be perfect.

The Anesthesiologist was the best I have ever meet, all I can say for her is she needs a raise in pay check, never meet anyone like her. She showed so much Love & concern for me, very patient… Best personality I’ve ever had in a hospital, The Dr. was GREAT to, y’all keep up the good work
I had an great experience. The receptionist who checked us and was incredible! She made me feel very relaxed welcomed! The procedure started promptly. The entire nursing staff was gentle and communicative. The doctor was very informative and professional.
This was my third visit, and third procedure with Dr. Sachdeva. The team is very organized and customer focused. Dr. Sachdeva is caring and capable. The anesthesia worked great. It was a smooth process and I had no discomfort afterwards. Do a good job with the prep and the rest is easy.
I have tried to get an appt with Dr. SACHDEVA for months. When I finally get an appt, it was cancelled. They told me his schedule had changed & in the pretense of being concerned with me not having to drive far, they totally switched me over to a dr in the Lake dr raleigh off that I did not know. I have never seen Dr Sachdeva. This is my experience that I will never understand.
Thank full
Great experience. Scheduling was easy. Staff was very friendly. Dr Sachdeva has a wonderful bed side manner and very thorough.
The first time going to do this and I’m so thankful I did!!
Excellent Service. Dr. Sachdeva is down to earth and very knowledgeable Dr. he explains the result in details and more importantly give a lot of comfort and positivity. I highly recommend Dr. Sachdeva.
Dr Sachdeva and everyone ant his office are amazing. They are all very professional while also being very personable. I have to go for a colonoscopy every 5 years and they are always very calming and reassuring. They explain everything each step of the way and make an otherwise stressful event much easier.
Everyone was kind and efficient. I wish I remember the name of the nurse who took my vitals, she was super helpful and nice. She made the process pleasant, easy and relaxed. Would recommend
My experience was great from the receptionist who had the best attitude and smile, to the sweet and caring nurses they took great care of me and the many others before and definitely after the procedure. The procedure was quick and completely painless thanks to the anesthesiologist and the surgical team! Truly amazing! 10/10
The doctor did a great job!!
I’ve been his patient for over 10 years. He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional and I trust him 100% with my healthcare.
Great
I was so nervous but the staff and nurses from the front desk to the back were kind patient and dedicated to their craft. The icing on the cake was the bed side manner and thorough job of explaining the process and my result with ease and comfort..Dr Sachdeva and staff you rock. Thank you
Dr. Sachdeva and his staff were awesome! They made me feel super comfortable in what is always an uncomfortable situation.
I love Dr Sachdeva, so friendly, very nice. I will keep him as my Dr. The office even calls and checks on you after your procedure!!
I've had 3 procedures with Dr. Sachdeva and I doubt I'd ever use anyone else unless I had to. He is very kind and explains what he is going to do beforehand then afterward talks about anything that he found or didn't find during endoscopy. I highly recommend him.
Answered all my questions and followed up after procedure
Very kind..very professional. Office staff and nurses very kind
Dr. Sachdeva has been my physician for upper and lower GI issues for twenty-five years. He has at all times been attentive, thorough and personable. I am glad to give him my highest recommendation.
There was blood on the sheet under me after the flex sig. They tried to rush me out and said it was nothing. This dr rushed through the whole procedure so he could go to lunch. Afterwards he told me absolutely nothing about the findings. Buyer beware.
Great experience. Good bedside manner. Will get another colonoscopy with this doctor.
Dr. Sachdeva and his assistant were kind, listening, and helpful in giving information that I needed. I will definitely go back to him if I continue to have issues.
Everything was totally positive about dealing with the Doctor, the Anesthesiologist, and all 3 nurses. Absolutely professional, courteous and friendly. My concerns relate to the waiting time after I disrobed and waited in the holding room. I waited about 30 minutes. I don't mind waiting however long is needed, but it would be much better to be told up front--or while you're waiting-- about how long you will likely wait. Also, if the wait is to be long, it would be good to be offered a light blanket; it gets cold for us old folks. Finally, it's an older building, but there must be a way to add a front door that opens and closes automatically, to help the nurses taking patients to their cars in wheelchairs.
Everyone was polite and professional, answered all my questions
Dr. Sachdeva is so caring and kind. We have been to him for several procedures over the years. We think he’s the best!
It was great, Everyone was very nice
