At Valencia Center for Women’s Health, Dr. Navid Navizadeh is a leading provider of women’s health services including obstetrics and gynecology. Patients throughout the Valencia, California area, can receive services such as fetal testing, family planning, minimally invasive procedures, genetic counseling, gynecological cancers screening, laparoscopic surgery, 4D/3D ultrasounds, hysteroscopy, and pelvic reconstruction as well as care for infertility, menopause, urinary incontinence, and osteoporosis.
Dr. Navizadeh is the founder and medical director of Valencia Center for Women’s Health. He received his undergraduate degree in genetics and molecular biology at the University of California. Dr. Navizadeh completed a comprehensive research fellowship in molecular and cell biology at the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF). He further expanded his research experience at the University of Southern California’s School of Medicine, where he obtained his medical degree.
At the USC School of Medicine, Dr. Navizadeh had the chance to work on innovative research projects in the fields of obstetrics, gynecology, endocrinology, infertility, and ultrasound imaging. He investigated the effects of seizure disorders and the treatment programs in pregnancy. Dr. Navizadeh was awarded the Pacific Coast Fertility Society’s award in Estrogen research.
Dr. Navizadeh completed an internship in Obstetrics at the Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas. He continued his residency at Mount Sinai-Maimonides Medical Center in New York. In obstetrics, his group’s work in ultrasonography to predicate preterm labor was published and received several awards. In the area of infertility and endocrinology, Dr. Navizadeh's works contributed to the understanding of the effects of an embryo’s size and quality in the process of in-vitro fertilization (IVF). Dr. Navizadeh completed the prestigious Galloway fellowship at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. There, he had the opportunity to advance his surgical skills in complex gynecological operations in addition to learning the latest laparoscopic and endoscope techniques.
Dr. Navizadeh has also expanded his interest to urogynecology and pelvic surgery. In southern California, he pioneered the use of the new Transopturator Sling procedure for treating female urinary incontinence.
Valencia Center for Women’s Health and Dr. Navizadeh welcome all new patients to the practice and can work with most forms of medical insurance.

Rude Dr. Said 2 other Dr were wrong, even though they did test he never did.
I met with Dr.Navid the first time was okay. However, I felt he dismissed my concerns and really didn’t provide many options with me as a patient and did not try to get my feedback regarding my diagnosis as well. He did display sympathy for my situation. The second appointment I felt rushed, unheard and felt as if I had to advocate for myself. His suggestion was for me to follow up with my primary care doctor regarding something my primary care doctor referred me to him for my concerns. I am not sure where to go at this point for my needs regarding my female reproductive care. It’s really disheartening as a patient to go into a doctor’s office to try to figure out what is going on and still leave there even more confused. I wanted to cry yesterday. A doctor is supposed to educate their patients as well regarding medical concerns that is within their scope of practice. I drove an hour for services and didn’t not get what I was hoping for. I get that he’s busy and has more patients to see. However, whatever happened to the doctor making the clients feel heard and understood. Please make sure your patients feel heard and understood and are able to ask short questions without dismissing their concerns as well.

I have only been to the office one time but had such a positive experience. I have never been so comfortable at an OBGYN office ever! Thank you for talking to me like I am a person with feelings and not just a patient on your roster of people to look at. I look forward to being a patient.

Saw NP Elyse Fender for my yearly, liked her very much, she explained why Pap smears are no longer needed at my age. But mammograms and yearly exams are important. Stephanie(?) her assistant was very pleasant. I will return in a year!
Dr. Navi has been my OBGYN for about 20 years. He is kind, listens and cares about his patients. Additionally, his staff has always been kind as well.

Dr Navi is fabulous. He takes time and always remembers my daughter’s name who he delivered 14 years ago. He truly cares about his patients and is an incredible doctor. During my daughter’s birth, Dr Navi was absolutely amazing.
The nurses are always nice and I never have to wait on anyone! Dr. Navid is great and doesn’t waste any time. It’s a cozy little office with nice warm lighting which I love! I definitely feel at ease upon each visit.
