Nathan Giles, DO, FAAP is a pediatrician caring for children in the Las Vegas community. Dr. Giles graduated with his bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. He then received his medical degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. After graduating medical school he completed a pediatric residency program at the University of New Mexico Hospital. After completing his residency, Dr. Giles moved to Las Vegas to begin work at Nevada Pediatric Specialists. He is excited and proud to be working with the families of Las Vegas. He strives to provide high-quality care to infants, children and adolescents through all their stages of growth and development. He enjoys sharing his medical knowledge with his patients and their families.
In his free time, Dr. Giles enjoys playing the piano, spending time with his wife and children, putting together puzzles and reading books.

Dr. Giles has excellent "bedside manor". As new parents, he makes you feel extremely comfortable about asking any questions. Any concerns we have about our child's health he answers in an a very sincere way. He is never dismissive or patronizing as, in my personal experience, others can be. If you decide to let this office manage the care of your child, you should try to schedule with Dr. Giles.
Excellent care, it was very easy to get an appointment, when I called the lady was very polite and well informed - she gave us our available options and answered all our questions The clinic is very clean and the staff is really friendly and polite The Doctor was extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients Thank you!
Dr. Giles is always engaged and pleasant, kind to our toddler and responsive for well checks and sick calls. I appreciate the practice as a whole because we have always been able to get a sick call appointment if needed.

Dr. Nathan is always very kind and patient with our son. We are first time parents and he is always open to questions and is very nurturing in his parenting advice.

I really like the fact that I was Heard. Dr Giles took time to hear my concerns and listen to each of my children's needs. I have 3 children and all of them are different ages and different stages. He really made my family feel comfortable.
