About Mrs. Natasha Thomas

Natasha Thomas is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience working in a clinical setting. Natasha’s approach is direct, non-judgmental and compassionate. Natasha is trained and certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Seeking Safety, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, Grief & Loss for Children, Adolescents and Adults. She believes the journey of therapy is not individual, but one where you and your therapist travel together.  Clients are the experts in their lives, and while in therapy, the change they desire is within arm’s reach. In 2020, Natasha co-founded her private practice; Change Therapeutic Services, Inc., where she considers the importance of the surrounding systems, adversity, destructive patterns, reducing stigmas and how these areas affect those seeking therapy.
