This is a wonderful place to receive care. Throughout my pregnancy and postpartum care the doctors, midwives and nurses have been great to work with. Jennifer Pagani-Smith has a great positive attitude and is always attentive to Show moremy needs. She answers my questions and helps educate me with up to date information. I leave my appointments feeling confident and comfortable with the care that I’m receiving.

Natalie Wittes, CRNP, MSN, joined as a member of the May-Grant Obstetrics & Gynecology team, located in Lancaster, Elizabethtown, Columbia, Ephrata, Intercourse, Willow Street, and Lebanon, Pennsylvania in May, 2022. Natalie has worked as a nurse practitioner for over 10 years. She began her NP career in a gynecology surgery practice in Baltimore, MD. She returned to Pennsylvania in 2015. She spent the last 7 years working in a community health clinic focusing on women's health, mostly for uninsured and underinsured patients. She specializes in gynecology and prenatal care, specifically contraception, STI treatment and managing the psychosocial issues related to childbirth. She enjoys caring for patients with limited resources and women going through the transitory phases of life.
Natalie completed her bachelors of nursing science at the University of Pittsburgh. She worked for 2 and 1/2 years as a RN on an Ear, Nose and Throat Oncology floor before returning to school to obtain her Masters of Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner Certification at Carlow College in Pittsburgh. She currently holds membership with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In late 2020, she earned her certification as a yoga instructor though Yoga Alliance and hopes to teach prenatal yoga in the future.
Natalie lives in Lancaster with her husband Jordan and their two children Cora and Ari. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family especially camping, hiking and swimming. In her spare time she enjoys yoga, running and gardening.

Dr. Frank Cardona is a great doctor! He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient to help them with their health issues! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a specialist.

I had the best experience with Jen today. She has a warm, loving and calm demeanor that puts your mind at ease. I hope to have a natural birth with as little intervention as possible and she made me feel so confident and listened to when I showed her my birth plan. I went home feeling reassured that I chose the right practice.

Ms. Jackson is amazing. I have the worst anxiety going to my annual appointments and she always takes the time to help out my mind at ease and listens to my concerns. She is very genuine and I would recommend her to everyone! We need more healthcare workers like her.
