Natalie was great. Was very knowledgeable and talked to me about all my options. The girl at the front desk was very rude, seemed as if she did not want to be there. She definitely made me not want to go back if I’m gonna be greeted with her attitude.

I enjoyed the experience and felt the provider was very pleasant and thorough. I would suggest that the MA that takes the pt back explains what the injection is before asking for your arm/ glut to inject. And go over how often you can get the the injection etc.
