Coming to Long Integrated and having Natalie as my provider has literally been life changing for me. From minute one, she has been nothing short of professional, kind, understanding, nonjudgmental, ethical, knowledgeable, and youShow more can tell she really listens to what you’re saying. Natalie exemplifies “patient centered care” and is the best provider I have ever had. She has helped me so much and I am eternally grateful and thankful for her and everyone at Long!
Today was the first appointment I had with Integrated. Unfortunately I arrived late do to "miss guidance" from my driving directions. Upon entering I was greeted by the receptionist. She assured me they understood my tardiShow moreness. Shortly there after I spoke with the counselor and my issues were address. She was sharp and to the point. And an action plan was implemented and I will follow up with her in a month.

Natalie is very kind and easy to talk to. She works with me to figure out a treatment plan that works.
The office is really nice. The staff are great too. You ever go to a Dr.'s office and feel uncomfortable or uneasy? I did, but when I walk into Mrs. Natalie's office I feel comfortable. And the snacks make the visit nice too.
Natalie was very easy to talk to. She has the experience needed for a complicated case, and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend.

Just Loved Ms . Hollobaugh...Very easy to talk to an made me feel so comfortable right from the start. I've always had problems finding someone I could really talk to but NOT WITH HER!!!! Natalie addresses the topics I need to discuss. She challenges me to be better and I believe I am getting there.
The office staff and Natalie were very empathetic and responsive to an urgent need and were able to discuss my family member's issue right away. It's still a bit early to tell, but I am hoping that this will be a permanent home for my family member's outpatient mental health needs. Thank you.
My daughter went in for a complete Psychiatric Evaluation with Natalie. She was able to identify her diagnoses more accurately and came up with a comprehensive treatment plan. It was so nice to be truly heard. Many providers rush you in and out. She took the time to really listen to what was going on and address it. Amazing!

Natalie has been helping both me and my daughter through some pretty tough situations. She is kind and empathetic. I had to go through 3-4 other providers before I was lucky enough to find her. She stays up to date on how we are doing and encourages us to contact her immediately if needed. I’ve never had a problem getting a response from her or Long Integrated. Truly amazing people.
