The initial phone call was to unlock a phone. We each had 1 cast member coming home. The second phone had to wait to her appointment, so she couldn’t clock in any early which she could of cancelled and be seen sooner. So as thrShow moreee customers sitting, I counted at one point 17 cast members were sitting and waiting for an appointment. I had an appointment and canceled and was seen at as just walking in, which could of been done for my daughter. Once we did get with our agent, it was pleasure working with the staff. While actually waiting for my original phone backed up, several representatives all professions and note. Would def did have started teaching us how to use the several different apps that uses AI, and took the time out and explained the when classes that are held. We can’t wait to attend a class!
Dr. Cadoo’s office is beautiful! It’s a one stop shop. They do everything from annual appointments to healing IV’s. I love my nurse practitioner, Narciza! She knows her stuff but she is also willing to pick Dr. Cadoo’s brain, whShow moreen necessary. Crystal, at the front desk, is amazing!! She knows how to make me feel like my questions are heard and she always finds me the answers. The rest of the staff is lovely, too. My only complaint is that there can be a long wait. It’s best for me to schedule right after lunch.

I love NARCIZA VARZOVAITE and the staff at Dr. Cadoo’s. I know that everyone there will take good care of me. Krystal, at the front desk, always finds me an appointment no matter what! She is able to meet my demands w/a smile. This office provides nearly everything that I need. Dr. Cadoo gave me my medicinal marijuana license, prescriptions to Physical Therapy, weight loss injections, IVs and all vaccines. They even have a lab so I don’t have to make a separate trip to have bloodwork done.
Explains things throughly. Completed forms in a timely manner, and her personality is pleasant and she is quite knowledgable. It was a pleasure meeting her.
I was very happy with my appointment on 4/24/25 with Narciza. I was taken in early, my vitals were done quickly and then only waited a few minutes for Ms. Varzovaite. Narciza then concisely stepped thru the results of the tests, and was sure to carefully interrupt what said results mean. It was a very quick, informative and positive session.

Dr. Varzovaite is a great health care professional. She did a very thorough assessment and intake when I met her. She was very knowledgeable. When she went over my lab results with me, she explained everything lab in detail. I would highly recommend this whole office. The staff is super nice and office is very clean.
