Very pleased with Dr. Magsino and staff. My appointment was scheduled for 9:45am and I was seen by Dr. Magsino at 10. Not too bad of a wait for me. I appreciate the fact she is respectful to her patients time. Once in the room sheShow more asked questions and listened to me. After the examination she made suggestions as to what I can do to help with my menopause symptoms. Overall, I am very pleased with her. The only thing that I don’t like is how hard it is to find parking. But, does to be expected being that her office is near a hospital. Be sure to allow yourself 10-15 minutes for parking.

Dr. Magsino is just amazing and her staff is always so informative and kind. Making the switch was the best choice.
In order to leave early and continue with my day, I arrived at the clinic at 8.35 am for my appointment at 9 am. At 9.50 am, Dr. Magsino arrived to see me in the test room. She was rushed. I wish Dr. Magsino respected her patient's time, as we are also busy with work.
I've been seeing Dr. Magsino for six years now, but unfortunately the quality of my visits has progressively worsened and over the summer I made the decision to wind things up and move on. So glad that I did as my last visit was by far the worst. But let me go back a few months for some perspective. In the Spring I went in for my annual visit. On the "after visit" notes there were some statements that were clearly wrong. I called the office and asked, "Why does it say that we discussed weight loss, diet and exercise when I only weigh 120 pounds?" AND "Why does it say she recommended a mammogram when she clearly didn't since I've had a double mastectomy?" The excuse was that they have to write those things there or else insurance will not cover the visit. WHAT? I went in a month later and waited over an hour before they called me into a room. When they finally got me back and took my vitals, they admitted that no one ordered the device that was needed for my appointment. So I spent all that time for a mistake on their part. I asked to speak to Dr. Magsino and she chalked it up to miscommunication and shrugged her shoulders. I would have just switched doctors right then and there, but it was a time sensitive issue so I decided to wait for the order to come in. During the next visit, which was my last, Dr. Magsino recommended that I use a certain kind of soap. I replied, "Yes, you told me about that soap the last time I was here so I have been using it everyday." She said, "I didn't tell you to use it everyday. Only when you have symptoms." I shrugged my shoulders and said OK. I mean, it's soap. Most people use soap daily, but whatever. I got dressed and went to check out. At the check out desk, there were about 5 staff members standing around listening to Dr. Magsino who was laughing and saying, "...and I told her to use it ONLY when she has symptoms!" What. The. What. I don't care if you think I'm dumb for using soap everyday; I don't even care if you laugh about it. But at least wait until I leave the office. Or better yet the building. Have some professionalism. At this moment I realized why her staff is not considerate or cognizant of the patients and their issues: it comes from the top down.
Dr.M is the best! She has great bedside manners and you always walk away from her visit feeling reassured and well taken care of. I have been seeing her for close to 7 years now and have gone to her for various concerns but always found a solution.
It’s been great I’ve been very comfortable and happy and they have been so professional not one thing I could complain about!
Just wonderful. Everybody there knows their job and doctor Magsino is just wonderful.

Excellent
Dr. Magsino remembers you unlike a lot of other doctors out there. She truly cares for you and explains all the options available for treatment. She doesn’t rush through her appointment but at the same time there isn’t a huge wait time in her office. Highly recommend her!
Dr. Magsino was very thorough and took time to listen, address and advise. I appreciated her attention to my concerns.
I just want to thank all the team they are so kind .and they do their job so well.Thank you so much Keep it up!!!
My first visit was great! I am someone who usually delays my yearly papsmear and mammogram because of the pain and discomfort but today’s procedure was 10/10. I’m looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended!
Great staff and amazing doctor!
This was my first time with Dr Magsino and it could not have been better! I switched doctors due to feeling judged and more like a number rather a human. Not only was Dr Magsino sweet and informative but her staff was very friendly and welcoming.
