My first experience with Dr Knutsen was an emergency toe amputation in June of 2021. The care given in the subsequent follow-up visits so impressed me, that I decided he would be my new podiatrist. As luck or misfortune would haveShow more it, I am again in need of his services. When I found that he wasn’t at the same office, I looked up where he had moved to, and was happy to find him still local. His care, concern and explanation of how to improve my injury is excellent. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who wants quality foot care.
I had an unfortunate accident which lead me to have a broken foot. Other podiatrists I was referred to initially had no availabilities until 2 weeks or even 2 months away even with my situation. Myles Knutson, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist at Willamette Foot & Ankle, serving people of all ages living in and around Lake Oswego, Oregon, and throughout Clackamas County.
He earned his medical degree from the California School of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University in Oakland. After graduation, Dr. Knutson completed a residency in foot and ankle surgery at the Kaiser Permanente San Francisco Bay Area Foot and Ankle Residency Program.
Dr. Knutson provides complete care for a variety of foot and ankle conditions. He has special interests in foot and ankle trauma, sports medicine, ankle joint arthritis, forefoot and rearfoot construction, and wound care and limb salvage.
As a podiatrist, he takes an evidence-based and patient-doctor team approach to treatment. He’s committed to clear communication and helps individuals understand the source of their symptoms and what they can do to feel better.

Dr Myles is very personable and professional. He explains your condition thoroughly and offers a number of treatments.
Whether I was a new patient or had just returned from a three month trip Dr. Knutson is a gentle foot and nail podiatrist knowing when and where to trim nails long overgrown from too much walking or exposure to too much sun. I have never had an ingrown toenail under his care.
“My feet don’t hurt!!” This is what I heard several times from my cousin after Dr. Knutson worked on her calluses and other problems with her arthritic feet. his thoughtful, gentle, caring touch was winderfuk. He spoke slowly and gently and gave ideas of how to help her feet. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
The doctor took my pain and issues seriously and went to work providing treatment and a plan. I highly recommend!

My first visit was a very positive one. I got the care and treatment I hoped for from Dr. Knutson. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, which is nearly impossible these days. I recommend him to anyone looking for a great podiatrist.
Have always enjoyed my appointments here with Dr. Knutson! Yesterday was fantastic as I had to get a cortisone injection in my foot and he did such a great job that I didn’t even feel anything! I would highly recommend this office!
First, the Receptionist(?) was very helpful in helping me complete the required forms. Dr. Knutson was very knowledgeable and helpful. Added more comfort to shoes and gave me a foam step to help stop ache in heal. Lots of good information. Also gave me everything in writing which I need. Very professional.

They are great to give care! But if your insurance changes due to moving to another county they do not accept Trillium ohp.

Dr. Knutson is very attentive and professional. He was gentle and treated me with respect. When he was changing the dressing on my foot he was not in a rush, he took the time to clean my incision and he explained the why's and how's. He gave us options where to get our supplies so my daughter can change the dressing at home before our next appoinment. Highly recommended.
