Very attentive and fast
1st time seeing Ashley. Very pleasant. Listened and was proactive. Nice clean office and very nice receptionist as well!
I had a great experience for my first visit :) Tara was efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough.
Very professional and caring for patients health
Dr. Papernik was compassionate, intelligent and caring. I can’t say enough about him. He actively listened to my concerns, took them seriously, and explained to me thoroughly what he believes may be going on. He then gave me several options for going forward. I am so relieved and thankful to be in his care.
I recently switched to Jessica from a different provider at Internal Medicine and I could not be happier that I did. She listened to my concerns about other providers I’ve experienced and her attention to these details reflected in the care she provided. I have never had such a positive experience with a Dr nor had one that listened to my concerns and allowed me to be involved in my own care. I’ve only seen her once, but I would highly recommend!
Christa is wonderful. Very caring
Excellent communication skills and very thorough in my examination. Highly recommended!!!
First time there. Great experience. Leila was very kind, sweet and through. Would definitely recommend to others.
Everyone in this office was incredibly nice and good at their job. Jessica Nursick was kind and thorough and put me at ease. I’ve had some bad experiences with doctors in the past so I was a bit nervous going in but that went away so fast because of how lovely everyone in this office is.
I came into the practice as a new patient this was my first visit and I was satisfied with the visit.
I went to Jennifer Crowther and when she moved to a different practice, I started seeing Jessica Nursick. She is attentive, personable and listens to my concerns and answers my questions. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a PA who is genuinely interested in her patients health and well-being.
she really cared to get to know me as a person and addressed all of my concerns
Great experience
Felt like provider was very knowledgeable and created a safe space for care
She made me feel so comfortable and able to talk freely.
complete explanation of the diagnosis
Everyone was good.
Great visit! She listened to all my needs and was understanding of my fear of doctors and needles. Made me feel very comfortable and addressed all concerns and found me a specialist almost the next day.
Always thorough. Always professional and always kind.
She was very down to earth, focus, transparent, easy to understand and talk with.
Nice admin staff
Very detail
Tara was really nice however did have some overall concerns about patient confidentiality at the practice. During the scheduling confirmation phone call the caller talked about both my appointment and my 19 year old daughter’s appointment. Had they reached my daughter first and told her that I had an appointment I would have been very upset. I almost canceled my appointment at that time. Then when I arrived today I was asked to fill out paperwork including a form saying I read and understood the privacy policy, which I wasn’t provided. I did make a comment at the time and a copy of the policy was given to me before I left and I was told a note was put on my file not to share any information, including appointments, with my family members. Seeing as this was my first visit I really can’t say whether I would recommend the practice or not. I scheduled a follow up appointment for next month and will see joe I am feeling about the practice after that.
The doctor explains the condition thoroughly
