I have been a customer patient for over 2 years. I am TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH HER SERVICES. But when you are dealing with the VA. Unfortunately it does not help your case with them but being her patient I am a different person I tShow morehink positive have HOPE for myself. She is very understanding a great listener who gives great advise and you will be a better person. I recommend you have an appointment with her to decide what's best for you. I am a better person because of her services. But NOT VA.

It is a long trip ,but you have to be willing to take the first step towards healing.
The therapy sessions started out hopeful & well. Monica chose to give up and not work through the tension and misunderstandings. She deflected her own insecurities of not being able to help onto me and was judgmental in regards to me. She had judgments about me that were not true & refused to talk about these. Instead of choosing to work through them; she got defensive and negative. I regret trying therapy with her and it hurt me more/did more damage in the end.

I have been seen by her at least 2 x's amount for nearly 2 years. I am blessed with her conferences with me. Professional, Respectful, Courteous, Concerned, SHE HAS THE GIFT OF LISTENING & UNDERSTANDING AND GREAT COUNSELING SKILLS. I JUST WISH THAT THE VA WOULD LISTEN LIKE HER. BUT DEALY WITH THE VA IS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE. YOU SERVE YOU COUNTRY BUT THEY DON'T RECIPROCATE FOR YOUR SERVICE & SACRIFICES TO COUNTRY. THE VA JUST DOES NOT CARE. I AM AT EASE AND CALM DURING VISITS. BUT WHEN FINISHED.

It's with great pleasure that I am letting you know that I enjoy my appointments and someone to talk to and listens and gives great advice. She is helping me with a lot of VETERANS ADMINISTRATION ISSUES. To bad that the VA DOESN'T CARE ABOUT VETERANS. I will not stop until I get what I know and deserve. It's a great thing knowing somebody cares but she cannot change the corruption within the VA. BUT AT LEAST I CAN VENT.

I was thirty the first time I stepped foot in a therapy office. In just under an hours time, I walked out with a different mind set than when I first stepped into the building. It was only the initial consultation but I was given feedback that I was able to act on immediately. Before leaving I booked two follow up appointments due to my initial interaction with Mrs. Tsai. She made me feel comfortable in what was uncharted territory for me. I left the first time actually wanting to come back.
