I took my 83 yr old mother-in-law with Alzheimer's for a fungal issue with her toenails. Ms Broadnax was very kind and gentle with her and explained the treatment for her issue very well.

NP Broadnax is professional and efficient and took care of me very well. The practice itself has room for improvement. We waited 50 minutes to be seen despite receiving no less than 8 text/email reminders from them to be on time.

Ms Boadnax explained what was wrong with my foot and we discussed treatment she recommended. I was treated that day and my foot was bandaged well before I left the office. I go back for recheck in a few weeks. Very pleasant experience.

Appointment at 2. I arrived at 1:50. Wasn't called back until right at 3. Procedure was done on no time. Very friendly nurse and Dr. Just long wait was bad
Monica was very informative and pleasant. I just wish this office had automatic doors to let patients in. Witness another man in a motorized wheel chair figuring out how to get in the door. Seems like any place that should have these auto doors, it should be this one.
