Don't waste your time. The doctor doesn't do psychological evaluations like their site and office staff say they do, instead he said to go online and find a provider that way. The doctor was an hour late for my appointment, he has limited availability which makes it very difficult to schedule with. My entire appointment the doctor belittled me and made my symptoms worse.
