My experience was excellent from the minute I had arrived at the receptions desk they have always been polite and the nurse are the same way and the doc makes you realize that he can help you with your needs .I have told a few friShow moreends that has the same problem I had,I tell them my experience and recommend they go see you and have it done at the McLean in Clarkston , Awesome people that work there.
I have visited his office several times as well as my husband with a major stroke. He was not in a hurry and looked at my X-ray and MRI in my shoulder. He understood my condition and what I need to do. He gets a A plus in my in Show moremy book. I am thankful for his knowledge and expertise....

Dr. Neral earned his B.S.E in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He attended medical school at the University of Pittsburgh and went on to complete the rigorous orthopedic surgery residency at Case Western Reserve University where he was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honors Society. He was then selected for the prestigious University of Michigan Sports Medicine and Shoulder Surgery Fellowship where he had the privilege to serve as a team physician for the University of Michigan football and hockey teams as well as care for NCAA, NFL, and NHL athletes.
Dr. Neral specializes in the treatment of all shoulder, hip, and knee conditions. He utilizes the most cutting-edge technologies for an easier recovery and the best outcome for his patients. Dr. Neral is known for his care of complex shoulder conditions including rotator cuff tear, shoulder impingement, labral tear, and shoulder arthritis. He performs minimally-invasive hip arthroscopy for treatment of labral tears and hip impingement. Dr. Neral specializes in custom, patient-specific total joint replacement for the shoulder, hip, and knee including the reverse total shoulder replacement. His practice also treats all sports injuries including ACL and meniscus tears.

Dr. Neral always addresses every concern, question, and person in the room until everyone is satisfied. Great surgeon and always a great follow up appointment! Excellent service and staff
My appointment with doctor Neral did not take place I saw his assistant. My opinion is that if he did the surgery on my leg, he should be the one who follows up on my initial healing. Regardless of how many surgeries he performs, I don't care how many operations he performs. As for the PA (physician assistant) he was fine, but there is nothing better than seeing the doctor who performed the surgery himself.
Great experience!!! Shoulder surgery was virtually pain free and rehab went well.
