Michelle has over 15 years of expertise working with both adults and children, individually and as families. Michelle utilizes many different therapeutic practices which include- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Michael is quick to provide positive acknowledgment of successes and really listens to your concerns over challenges. He works with you to provide the best plan to manage your symptoms without over medicating you. I was on a good medication regimen when I started to see Michael. After listening to my history he saw no need to make any changes. That being said, he is still very attentive, asking pertinent questions to make sure that I am still on a stable plan.
