Dr Michelle Giddings is always efficent and accomodating, easy to talk to. She is also knowledgeable on the kinds of medications that are needed for my granddaughter.
Excellent front staff. Very good with reminders of up and coming appointments. Easy access to the office and parking.

Dr. Giddings is very nice and professional. One area of improvement is keeping appointment times. Often times she is 25-40 minutes late for appointments. Also it is very difficult to get in touch with the Doctor on occasion for refills and things that she said she was going to do during the appointment. You have to call multiple times for a response and to get your questions answered.

Dr Giddings knows me better than I do. Her ability to explain, what could be complicated topics, is at a level that I can clearly understand.

Dr.Giddings is amazing. She is compassionate, understanding and makes the time for her patients. She has greatly improved the mental health of my daughter and I’ll be forever grateful.
Dr. Giddings is a wonderful therapist and has a general background in medicine as a nurse practitioner. I have Parkinson's disease as well as depression and anxiety. She has the broad background to put my mental health issues together with my physical issues. That's a rare skill not found in the average therapist.
I trust no one more than Dr. Michelle Giddings with my child. She is kind, thoughtful, and highly knowledgeable about adolescent brain chemistry. She accounts for that growth and focuses on both symptoms and how he feels, so we get a win-win! He is doing so well, is happy, and feels great. I'm so grateful to Dr. Giddings and her amazing staff for their commitment to patient care.
