I LOVE Michalia! When my former therapist announced her retirement, I was worried about getting into a practice and having a provider who truly understands trauma. Ms. Humphries is definitely 5 stars and so down to earth and listens to everything I say. I would definitely recommend her to other clients any time! Michalia Humphrey, PA-C, graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine’s Physician Assistant Program with a master’s in Physician Assistant Studies in July 2020. She is certified by the NCCPA and licensed under the Virginia Board of Medicine. She started her career in weight loss, helping patients with medication-assisted weight loss. She also has a background in family medicine and addiction medicine. She is a new transplant to the Virginia Beach area and is excited to be a part of the Panacea team!

I am so thankful to have found Michaela! After having several other therapists I can say she is the most caring and honest. She made me feel like I mattered and she understood my concerns, not just a number or checklist. I feel safe talking to her and confident she’s on my side to help my mental health get better not just prescribing more pills. She’s really there for you.
