My in-person visit with Dr. Krajmerova was fine and I thought I was going to get the help I needed. When I tried to follow up on my tests results I call your office and was told I needed to make an appointment to discuss results. Since an office appointment involves a 250 mile drive in seemed to be an unreasonable request. After further effort I was able to make a teleconference appointment. My appointment time came but no call until over 30 minutes later. When I answered my phone the call dropped. There was no attempt on your part to call back. Since I can't talk to you by calling your office I gave up. Your office and contact procedures seem to have little consideration for your patients. I will have to seek care elsewhere for my still unresloved medical issues.

Dr. Michaela Krajmerova is a very caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable urologist. I have been seen by her since October 2022. She has performed a biopsy of my prostate gland on December 29, 2022, performed a cystoscopy of my prostate gland and bladder in January 2023, and performed a robot assisted simple prostatectomy on my prostate gland on February 16, 2023. She is also treating me for low testosterone with recommended testosterone replacement therapy which has increased my energy and increased my libido (sex drive). I have complete confidence in her for all my urological treatment needs. She is very good listener and she has provided appropriate feedback concerning my medical concerns.

Very good appt over phone
Communication with the practice is highly problematic. Dr. Krajmerova seems to know her stuff and is taking what I would call a conservative approach which I like. She answers all my questions. I don't feel rushed. She explains why she is taking the course of action that she is recommending.
