My in-person visit with Dr. Krajmerova was fine and I thought I was going to get the help I needed. When I tried to follow up on my tests results I call your office and was told I needed to make an appointment to discuss results. Since an office appointment involves a 250 mile drive in seemed to be an unreasonable request. After further effort I was able to make a teleconference appointment. My appointment time came but no call until over 30 minutes later. When I answered my phone the call dropped. There was no attempt on your part to call back. Since I can't talk to you by calling your office I gave up. Your office and contact procedures seem to have little consideration for your patients. I will have to seek care elsewhere for my still unresloved medical issues.
