Came to Dr. Vincent to have 4 ear piercings repaired. The receptionists are very welcoming. I was nervous but Stacy, Dr. Vincent’s assistant immediately put my mind at ease. As soon as I was prepared for surgery, Stacy, Dr. VincenShow moret had I had a very pleasant conversation. They answered any questions I had and I felt very comfortable. After surgery, I was given a sheet with directions and my self treatment going forward. I was given another appointment in 2 weeks. It was a great experience!
I arrived early for my appointment and was seen early by the doctor. The doctor and his staff were courteous and professional, putting me at ease which, given my personality, can be challenging. My procedure was virtually painlesShow mores and rather like a mini-social event that kept my mind on things other than my physical condition. This suggests to me that Michael Vincent is an empathetic, skillful doctor who relates well with his patients. These qualities are rare in those I encounter day-to-day.

With driving from WV in bad weather conditions. Since I was alitte early, the staff and Dr Vincent were very accommodating and were able to get me back on the road. The staff has always been very friendly and professional. Thank you I really appreciate the time and care.

We went to Dr. Vincent to remove a growth from my daughter’s face. He was so warm and my daughter felt comfortable with him. During the procedure his assistant held my daughters hand the whole time. The office staff is courteous and he always runs on time. Wonderful doctor and staff!

Dr. Vincent’s medical staff and office staff are the best! They are always organized, efficient, on-time and value their patient’s time as much as their own. Add to that that they are friendly, kind, and always make you feel so comfortable. Finally, Dr Vincent will always guide you in the best direction when asking about specific procedures. I have never been disappointed and have been a patient for more than 30 years.
