Dr. Rizkalla is amazing. He has a great bedside manner. He never is in a rush to end the visit. Completely answers all of my questions. And he is really easy to talk to. I would recommend this practice to anyone that is having anShow morey kind of pain issues. My issues were concentrated in the lower back and down the leg, he presented me with some new options that hadn't been explored by other pain management physicians I have visited. Since I have been at this practice my pain levels have decreased to the point where I can actually function on some days. Whereas beforehand I was stuck in bed for most of the day not being able to do anything. Thanks Doc and all at the office!
Perhaps Dr Mike is one of the sweetest, kindest healers I have ever met..He combines his vast medical knowledge with many years experience in practice..He is a rare gem amongst medical practicioners..I consider myself blessed to hShow moreave discovered his practice..For many years I needed a walker to lean after the mva that damaged my body and made me a paraplegic..Now I am hopeful that I might be able to get back to work from my home, earn a decent living due to his diligence and medical care..Where there was despair, now there is hope for a happy future..
Michael Rizkalla, MD, a skilled physician with double-board certification in sports medicine and physical medicine and rehabilitation, founded Revive Spine and Pain Center in 2017. At the practice’s offices in Marlton, Hamilton Township, East Brunswick and Northfield, New Jersey, he provides a patient-centered approach to treating acute and chronic pain.
He begins each appointment by listening to patients who all too often say that they’ve been everywhere and no one listens to or helps them. After hearing and understanding each person’s unique story and completing a physical exam, Dr. Rizkalla creates a tailored treatment plan using evidence-based treatments drawn from traditional medicine, interventional medicine, physical therapy, and complementary and restorative practices.
Dr. Rizkalla received his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Miramar, Florida, then finished an internship in internal medicine before completing a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Harvard Medical School, Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Dr. Rizkalla has a subspecialty in sports medicine, has fellowship training in interventional pain management, and is certified in contemporary medical acupuncture. In addition to diagnosing and treating pain, his clinical interests include spine and joint care, sports medicine, electrodiagnostic and neuromuscular medicine, and nonsurgical orthopedics.
He has extensive training in performing numerous interventional pain procedures and restorative injections, such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and bone marrow aspirate cells. Dr. Rizkalla is also proficient in using musculoskeletal ultrasound to diagnose and treat injuries.

Today was my first visit with Michael due to my previous pain management provider closing their office near my house. Within the first 10 minutes of meeting the doctor he proposed a treatment plan that made perfect sense to me. I don’t understand why any of my previous providers never mentioned anything like that to me. It was more or less rushing in the office. Get your script and get out. I highly recommend Michael for anyone that is experiencing chronic pain, especially in the back area. His knowledge and professionalism won me over as a patient.

This is a great pain management office. They are very caring and look out for your well-being. Dr R is very great with working with me to help me be less pain-free. The girls at the front desk are very pleasant and so is Shannon McCormick, they are very compassionate and a great medical office to go to.
