I was VERY impressed with Dr Palms. He not only has the best bedside manner, but he is also very patient. He took his time during our visit and really made my mom feel seen and heard. The office was very neat and clean, and the laShow moredies in the front office where very welcoming. Highly recommend!!

I have seen Michael 5 times now for an ear infection. He makes you feel comfortable during what could be a stressful doctor visit. He is willing to take the time to answer any and all questions and never seems to be in a hurry. He took the time to send an ear swab to Quest to find out specifically what kind of infection I had and it is currently being treated. He went the extra step with me which will always be appreciated!! Everyday Health Care is very lucky to have him. Stephen Spenst
