I've been seeing him quite a bit lately for Dry Eye. The Dr. puts plugShow mores in very easily, and they help me tremendously. 5 star visits. We love his assistant, with the short dark curly hair. So sorry I don't have her name., but she knows her stuff and is very friendly.

Dr. Mandese is an excellent Doctor, who really cares about me as a person and spends as much time as I need to provide care. I’ve been seeing him for many years and hope to continue. I’m sorry to say that although every staff member I have met is warm, friendly and professional, the way appointments are managed sucks. It is not unusual to spend at least an hour - oftentimes longer - from your scheduled appointment time to when you actually get to see Dr. Mandese (pun intended). Dr. Mandese and staff=5 stars. Appointment management=0 stars.
