Dr. Mandese is the only doctor who knows how to pluck eye lashes. Been there long enough to know what to do for bullish Goya.

Excellent doctor he saw what appeared to be a problem but did not want to just assume,so he referred me to another practitioner that had better understanding of eye issue. I was very happy that he did that and not just go with assumptions. I will refer anyone to him.
