Even though I had an appointment, the wait was crazy so that’s where the 4 stars comes from. But other than that, she was the first doctor I felt really listened to my concerns. She validated my feelings and fears. I’ve been to other ob’s and none seemed to listen the way she did. She gave helpful suggestions and was able to correct my concerns right there. She was 5 stars! I will be going back to her with any woman health issues from now on!
Although we had online time and you confirmed it, but when we went to our office, they did not accept us and said that we do not check the time on this site. And a front staff is very rude.

I’ve been coming to this place for years and continue to do so because of their excellent patient care! Dr.Shiva is so extremely kind and has always made me feel so comfortable, which is why i continue to come to this place specifically, even though it is a bit of a drive for me, it is worth it. All of the staff are also really nice, very helpful, and provide a welcoming atmosphere. I think this is important because considering the type of care that the patients are seeking, i believe that making the space feel safe is very important. And they definitely make me feel safe and very well taken care of!

She was very friendly, kind, and courteous. Despite being busy, her response was wonderful. I can only speak Japanese, but she kindly communicated with me using the smartphone's translation feature.
She was amazing. She knew I was a high risk for miscarriage and right away that same day she gave me an ultrasound and did blood work. I felt like someone was finally carrying for my wellbeing

Waiting time is horrible, but definitely worth it! Dr. Shiva was amazing and extremely well informed. I felt deeply cared for while talking to her and makes you feel completely comfortable the whole process.
