Dr. Chan is engaging and efficient. Upon our initial meeting, his knowledge, experience, and empathy allowed him to quickly understand my unique circumstances. He remembers details from previous casual small talk (separate from prShow moreofessional questions), and when combined with medical expertise, this adds to a more wholistic, patient centered approach. It’s been my experience, w/i the first appt he’ll assess a patient’s needs, & with subsequent meetings a patient can rest assured in their care.

Refill was sent during the visit and follow up appointment date was provided. Very quick and efficient.
