I needed to change my appointment date, due to a family event. I message through the portal to see if he could accommodate last minute. I received a response from Dr. Chan within minutes with a new date and time that worked for myShow more schedule. It was the best experience I have had with a Provider/Docter to this day. The entire process was extremely smooth and stress free which is hard to find these days. Thank you, Dr. Chan, for making it a great experience.
Dr. Chan has been my telehealth provider for over 6 months now. He takes the time to listen and formulate a treatment plan that has improved my quality of life. I have been able to reduce (willingly) 2 of the medications I had preShow moreviously been on for many years. The visits aren’t rushed, there is plenty of time for explanation. He responds to his messages quickly (typically within 30 minutes of sending). You will never feel left high and dry. I recommend his care.

Dr. Chan is attentive, detail oriented, and remembers aspects of previous visits that wouldn’t have been usually notated in an EMR. He is an extremely prompt and a patient centered physician. Given technology today, telehealth is no obstacle and not a secondary choice. In fact, it’s an asset.
