OTR has changed my life. I cannot thank them enough. The staff are great at answering questions and always get back to you very quickly. As a guy in his 40s with a wife and kids this has helped me to be my best in all facets on my life. I encourage men to check it out. If you are on the fence just inquire and see if it’s a fit. They are the right guys for it. They don’t overwhelm or give you anything that doesn’t fit your specific bloodwork. Everything is catered to your needs.

Went in today for my consultation and I was amazed by how awesome everyone there is. I was there for an hour and 20 minutes because I had a lot of questions. Mike is extremely patient and very thorough and kind as well. He provided me with loads of information and made me feel very comfortable. Great & quick service
I am absolutely thrilled with the success I have experienced on my weightless journey with the help of Dr. Applegate at OTR . I have lost nearly 30lbs and have a small 8-10lbs remaining to achieve my initial goal in just 4 months. Additionally, I have taken charge of my hormones and am enjoying the process of balancing this area of my life. Menopause is such an unsettling time and it feels great to take my life back.
