Therapy is like having a good parent, they listen, respect your opinion and gives useful advice. Just pretend you’re im your childhood, innocent, open and free! Therapy takes time, like a wound takes time to heal, I recommend it, it really helped me see new perspectives in life. Therapy and church is the recipe to peace!
