This was my second time. Front desk very accommodating. Melissa is great and knows her job well. I was a bit disappointed that both times I was scheduled for hip PRP, I was told the did not have the correct size needle and now Show moreI was told it is back ordered. My knee injections have been helpful even on my replaced knee. I REALLY need the PRP in my hip, which is becoming more painful. Hopefully, I will get the call soon that they finally have the correct size needle.
I was skeptical at the beginning before the orientation with Dr. E , He was awesome, he listened to me, he asked questions, he checked my blood pressure, checked my knees, took ex-rays and called me and explained what I was lookiShow moreng at. He then explained a program they offered, so I was interested, so from there on. I was scheduled to begin the program with Melissa. So the day came and Melissa was very nice, kind and understanding. Her hands are angelic. magical !!! Everyone is AWESOME !!!

I have pain in my right knee and Melissa injected me with plasma. This treatment has been of great relief, she has already performed two infiltrations on me. I highly recommend her, because she is very professional and also very delicate.

Melissa was awesome . It was my first time and she did great helping me understand what I needed to get done .
I chose the Morpheus procedure because of drooping eyelids. Treatment was given around the eyes with the help of other procedures which provided pain relief. The staff was supportive and the main service provider did an excellent job. No complaints.
Melissa was very attentive and concerned about making sure that I was comfortable during the procedure. I would highly recommend PFO.
