Melissa always has a smile on her face I always feel so much better after my visit.
Melissa is a great listener. Also very knowledgeable of the pros and con as well as side effects of medications. What made me happiest it that she also suggested alternatives treatments like exercising and healthy eating rather than just pushing drugs . I know I’m in good hands .

She is absolutely amazing in office. I’m never rushed or ignored. She looks at the root of the problem not just a fix. The out of office communications needs some work. It’s getting better but they are not always very timely with call backs or answering the phone.

Melissa is a wonderful doctor, but the inconsistency with refilling meds & a lack of communication is making me want to find someone else. There needs to be a better staff to help with calls, refills, etc. I shouldn’t have to keep going without my meds everytime I run out. I’ve been calling since Monday, it’s almost Friday and still nothing back.
I love Melissa, NP. However, she is slow to respond. Here office number is a cell, but does not receive text messages. I just found this out. She needs staff that is reliable and that would help her greatly I LIOVE MELISSA. SHE IS THE ONLY PERSKN I HAVE FOUND THAT LISTENS.
