Office is comfortable and employees are very helpful and courteous.
After check~in and a brief wait I was called in to see Dr. Pitts who is always waiting with a soft unassuming smile~And always allows me to enter Her office first with her hand guiding me to sit in my choice of seating~Dr. Pitts always waits a moment before entering into a conversation giveing me a chance to talk first If I would like ~She then Asks How have I been Doing and All of the Pych. questions of How She could be of Assistance to me with the same smile as She quietly assesses my demeanor ~ and quietly types on Her screen~Dr.Pitts allows me to talk and speak my emotions or ask questions~If she can answer~She does~If Not She will Say ~ I will have to Look into That and We will get answers or try something different~We will get you comfortable or find a method that works~ I truly Like Dr Pitts and feel very Comfortable talking with her ~ If my Meds do not work~ She will work with me until we find What works for me~

Lengthy time in waiting room.
I really like Dr. Pitts and feel she gave me a very nice amount of time and she was very insightful in determining some of my issues. The only negative experience was that I had to wait for an hour before being seen. That wait was unexpected and a little unnerving as this was my first visit!
