This place is incredible and very thorough. I got referred here as a high risk patient at 32 weeks for my pregnancy. The staff here are very sweet and understanding they walk you through the entire process and reassure you the whoShow morele time. My ultrasound tech was just the sweetest women but super professional in her job. My doctor was very clear in her explanations and made sure my husband and i understood everything before walking out the door. 10/10 place of only this place was a regular obgyn I would’ve started my care with them from the start! You’re in good hands here! Trust them and you will not be disappointed.
Extremely friendly and bubbly with a great attitude! She answered all my questions and addressed my concerns without rushing. Amazing doctor!

She is great!!!
I’ve had not had any problems until the 20th. I’m very stressed out and currently going through a lot. I’ve never been purposely late to my appointments. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment and I let the front desk know and they didn’t say anything to me about it. I asked to go to the bathroom and they let me in the back to go use it. The first bathroom was occupied and I had to go to the back to use the second bathroom. After I was done I went to the front again and waited for 25 minutes and I walked up to the front and I asked about why it was taking a minute. They asked for my last name again and she told me my doctor has been calling me. The lady doesn’t seem to remember I went to the bathroom and did not let the doctor know. All they blamed it was on me being late. And they wrote down a false time down on the paper and made it look I was even more late. The lady up front did not stick up for me, they all were acting rude towards me and said maybe I shouldn’t have been late. I told them I went to the bathroom after I got here and that’s how I wouldn’t have known that the nurse have called and they lady up front was giving me an attitude and kept insisting it was because I was late. There was no sympathy or nothing in reception and they kept talking about how they wanted to go home and start their vacation because they were tired of customers like me. I tried to prevent myself from crying. I wanted to leave and felt very uncomfortable. I observed the lady up front allowing other ladies to go to the bathroom and didn’t even buzz them in on time and there was one time and they had to ask her again and she was look oh I forgot. I sat in a different place and this customer looked over at a different lady up front, keep in mind she just looked at her and said nothing yet and the lady up in reception was so unprofessional and yelled at her and said I just sat down, I don’t know what’s going on, I don’t know anything that’s happening. And the customer turned her head away looking at her husband confused and had an unbelievable face. I wanted till 2 pm and I was seen by the ultrasound and then I was left in the room for awhile because I fell asleep and then my nurse came in and said they were running behind. I was done and checked out and asked reception again even though I didn’t want to. And asked if my other doctor is still available to see me. She said yes and I sat back down to wait again and felt really uncomfortable. And my diabetes specialist doctor called for me I didn’t want to look at her because earlier she did not acknowledge me when I tried telling her what happened in reception and And she made a comment saying our doctors need to communicate. My doctor made me feel comfortable after everything that happened. I didn’t want to say anything. The check out lady was very nice and helpful. But the check in receptions need more work on their customer service. I understand I was 10 minutes late. I know once I’m notified that I am there that is when my doctors come. And the lady they made another customer go before me and was there long after me and had her go because they said she was were on time. They were able to see me within the time frame after I came back from the bathroom. But refused to take me in and did not even communicate and let my doctor know I went to the bathroom. And I was there till 3:30. That’s the time I checked before I went to check out. If me being 10 minutes late made this much of a difference. I would of just waited to go to the bathroom. I had a stomach ache that day. And even more when I was there because I was stressed out and crying. This is the first time I felt unseen and unheard in this office location. Other that that everything else up until the day of the 20th was great. I did a 4/5 star review because of this day and I had witnessed other people being treated unfairly by the front of reception.
Great service.
