Everyone in the office is very kind and respectful. They are prompt and efficient. I would like to be told more information and updates on our conditions that we seek treatment for. When people come in there with conditions that aShow moreffect their everyday lives it would be nice to hear news on new research or findings and be educated on these issues that affect our daily lives.
Megan Mackenzie, DO, is a board-certified neurologist at the Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders (DCND), providing comprehensive neurology care to adults at the Centerville office. DCND also staffs offices in Beavercreek, Springfield, Eaton, Wilmington, Hillsboro, and Vandalia, Ohio.
Dr. Mackenzie began her education at Michigan State University in East Lansing, earning her Bachelor of Science in kinesiology. After graduation, she remained in East Lansing, enrolling at the Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine, obtaining her Doctor of Osteopathy.
She completed residency training at Kettering Health Dayton (formerly Grandview Medical Center) in Ohio.
Dr. Mackenzie treats various neurological disorders such as dementia/Alzheimer's, movement disorders and seizures. She has a special interest in finding relief for people who suffer from headaches and pregnancy-related neurologic issues. She also specializes in using botulinum toxin to manage migraines.
Dr. Mackenzie is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Osteopathic Association. She is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry.
When she isn’t meeting with patients or developing personalized treatment plans, Dr. Mackenzie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She’s also an athlete who enjoys playing tennis.

The doctor came in and took the time to take a genuine interest in me and my condition. My other Neurologist just took a blood pressure and performed your typical medical procedures. Dr McKenzie and her assistant took and interest in what was going on with me and tried to provide me with special and specific remedies just for me.

Dr McKenzie was warm and so knowledgeable about my disease. She has been my Dr for several years. I am very comfortable with her and her staff. I would recommend her highly.
Always very professional. She sometimes has students that do injections, I am always happy to oblige, as they need to practice on someone..lol. Next appointments are hard to make for times I like, as I prefer afternoons. She is usually late for appointments.
Dr. Mackenzie was very professional and attentive as well. We had a very comfortable discussion and she appeared to quickly recognize my problem and was quick to advise a treatment. We will soon find out if her evaluation is correct.

This office is very clean and courteous. The staff is prompt with their appointments. The wait time from the time I check to the time I am called back is never anymore than 3-5 minutes. They explain all my procedures to me and help me feel as comfortable as possible during the procedures.
