About Megan Kensinger, PTA, TPI Cert, CFST

Our Physical Therapist Assistant, Megan Kensinger, grew up in Springfield, and received her undergraduate degree at Oklahoma State University. In 2010, she received her Physical Therapy Assistant degree at Ozarks Technical College. 

Megan has experiences in various clinical settings but her passion is treating patients with orthopedic injuries. She was an avid soccer player and sports enthusiast and loves working with athletes of all backgrounds and levels. She enjoys furthering her education and has taken several courses specializing in manual therapy techniques, Fascial Stretching, and Kinesio Taping. She utilizes these treatments in addition to Integrative Microcirculation Therapy/cupping to help speed up her patients’ recovery. 

Megan is also Titleist Performance Institute certified, making her knowledgeable in the “Body-Swing Connection.” In order to further her patient’s results and help them overcome their daily aches and pains, chronic pain, and help improve athletic performance, Megan became a Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist (CFST). Fascial Stretch Therapy unlocks 47% more flexibility than regular stretching by focusing on the joint capsule and fascia as well as muscle. Megan loves being able to provide the extra relief she knows Fascial Stretch Therapy gives her patients In her spare time, Megan can be found exploring Arizona, hiking, working out, playing soccer, and hanging out with friends & family. She is excited to meet and get to know you as well as treat you at Summit Physical Therapy AZ!
