About Meagan Donner

Meagan Donner, PA-C, is a certified and state-licensed physician assistant at Suburban Behavioral Health Services in Wheaton and Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.

Meagan is a graduate of Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois, where she earned a Master of Medical Science (MMS) in Physician Assistant Studies. She also graduated summa cum laude from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois, with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Spanish minor. In pursuit of her career as a physician assistant, Meagan dedicated a significant amount of time working as a certified nursing assistant to elderly patients with dementia, including patients with Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease.

Meagan sees a variety of patients, ranging from adolescents to the elderly. She is LGBTQ+-affirming. Conditions she diagnoses and treats include, but are not limited to, mood and anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia spectrum disorders, personality disorders, ADHD, and substance abuse disorders.

Her clinical approach includes a goal-directed, empathetic, and patient-centered style of practicing medicine. She values truly getting to know each patient and takes a holistic approach to developing individualized treatment plans.

When Meagan is not working, she likes to spend time with her family and friends. She also enjoys traveling, hiking, spending time with her dog, baking, and eating out.
