Dr. Max Kamerman brings more than a decade of experience to the team at Women’s Healthcare Physicians of Naples. He offers the full range of obstetrics and gynecology services to women living in and around the area of Naples, Florida.
Dr. Kamerman also offers advanced gynecologic surgery and is certified to perform minimally invasive robotic surgery using the state-of-the-art da Vinci® Surgical System. His areas of interest include high-risk obstetrics, helping women overcome infertility and urogynecology.
Dr. Kamerman graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, then went on to receive his Doctor of Medicine from Ponce School of Medicine in Ponce, Puerto Rico. He relocated to Washington, DC, to complete internship and residency training at George Washington University Medical Center.
Dr. Kamerman is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He’s an active staff member at Naples Community Hospital and North Collier Hospital where he delivers babies.
When he’s not helping patients in the office or performing surgery, you’ll find Dr. Kamerman out on the water where he enjoys boating and sportfishing. He also enjoys traveling.

Dr. Kamerman is definitely the best, very professional and extremely competent. My first visit was satisfactory from the stop at the receptionist, to the final communication visit with Dr Kamerman! He was very informative, provided options for me to think about and made what is usually an uncomfortable appointment visit for me very comfortable! He is the best...
I arrived early to fill out paperwork and expected to wait past appointment time but Dr. Kammerman’s nurse called me in right away. She was so sweet. The culture in the practice is one of kindness, patience, expertise and professionalism. Everyone I encountered was gracious and a good listener. Dr Kammerman took time to let me give him the history of the issue and talk about another related health issue. He gave me options. I had an ultrasound. The ultrasound tech was also very professional and kind. Dr. Kammerman was very relatable and I came away feeling extremely comfortable and confident he cared about the best way to approach the issue and keep me healthy. He gave me all the time I needed. I’m so lucky I was referred to him and feel certain he will ensure continuity of care for me going forward.

The doctor and his nurse were just wonderful as were all other personnel. The only issue was the 35 minute wait time in a freezing cold waiting area.
Dr. Kamerman and his nurse Amelia are very empathetic which really makes the patient more at ease with the procedure. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kamerman. I feel very comfortable with him. I would just like to be able to attain better communication with personnel in office to ease anxiety when needed.
