I had a pleasant visit, starting with the lady at the receptionist's desk. She was kind and swift. Dr. Horner was thorough with his explanation regarding my vision. The conversation was easy, and his humor made the conversation about the bifocals not so bad.
Outstanding. The receptionist and the doctor were both extremely kind and welcoming and made sure to make it the most comfortable experience possible. it can be nerve wracking with someone that close to your face using machines, they were patient and very nice.

I am a returning patient of Dr. Kirby Smith. He was my doctor while located at Lakewood Village. This was my third eye exam by him. He is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I have always received the best care from him. He recently acquired Dr. Horner's practice and relocated to McCain Walmart. He also has different scheduling staff, which should improve patient experience for those who previously complained. I am happy that he continues to provide services in NLR.
