I was met with a courteous and professional staff. The nurse and doctor took over the exam, diagnosed the issue and prescribed treatment in a timely manner. Very pleased.
The wait was about an hour or so, which is on par for most urgent cares, speaking from professional experience…it was for a sports physical. The front office staff was genuine, personable, kind & displayed great patience with everyone. The medical assistant was great! Had just the right sense of humor to lighten the energy :) The doc was quick, efficient & had great bedside manner.

Staff was kind and compassionate. I especially liked the experience at the front desk. I think the ladies name was Tracy that helped us. She was very friendly and made for a great experience. We also had a really great medical assistant that was thorough and compassionate always had good care here. Glad that Yakima has an urgent care like this.

The gal that you have at the front desk I think maybe Tracy she was amazing super friendly I don’t think the front desk gets enough praises, and you have a good one up there. Summitview Urgent Care is our 1st choice. My wife and I have both seen Dr. Rosenberger, and while he is only there from time-to-time to help cover, he continues the excellent care we are used to receiving. Friendly and knowledgeable, highly recommended.

Great overall experience from the moment I walked in and until the moment I left. Staff is very kind and courteous. Doctor was very knowledgeable and treated you like a person. Unlike some other places I've been to were you feel like they are annoyed that you are there. Definitely recommend this place. And will be using them again in the future if any situation occurs where I need their services.
The Dr and his staff were all very personable and sweet to me and my husband. I've never said I enjoyed my time in a hospital setting but this time I did.
