Mathew Mosbacker, MD, is a highly trained physician serving patients at Arthritis Associates located in San Antonio, Texas. He is board-certified in internal medicine and rheumatology.
Dr. Mosbacker earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. He went on to complete an internship and residency in internal medicine and a rheumatology fellowship at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in Albuquerque.
Dr. Mosbacker is a member of the American College of Rheumatology, the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, and the Bexar County Medical Society. Staff in front office and on the phone need help. They are so busy they can’t talk to people without putting them on hold over and over. Had my insurance but still hadn’t contacted them. Doctor was condescending, arrogant and very unfriendly. He didn’t seem to want to hear my story nor does he seem to like patients in general.

This was my first visit and I was nervous. Dr.Mosbacker was polite and straight to my exam. He is very thorough in his exam. He spent a decent amount of time with me. He is a bit dry and not humorous but if he can help ,I will continue seeing him. The one thing I have an issue with is if you are 5 minutes late they won’t see you! This is a ridiculous amount because in a large city you run into construction and accidents a lot .do I hire I have to leave 1 hour before my appointment to get there!

I been suffering from chronic pain for 2 years. I have been going to different doctors in my home town of Laredo TX with no explanation of my pain. I prayed and found Matthew Mosbacker and my prayers have been answered. In one day he explained to me what my problem could be ,treatment me and I have been much better . He explained everything to me in detail and has so much knowledge. I with out a doubt recommend him . I don't mind driving 250 miles to go see him.
