About Mr. Matthew Ksiazk, LISW

Matt Ksiazk is a licensed independent social worker with a supervision certification and is able to provide a variety of treatment approaches to individuals, families, and couples. He received a master's degree in social work from The Ohio State University. Prior to joining Providers for Healthy Living, he worked in schools with a non-profit agency focusing on behavior management and noncompliance in children and teens. He also worked as an office-based therapist with patients of all ages and backgrounds focusing on anxiety response, depression management, PTSD, LGBTQ support, family dynamic stressors, adaptation to change, anger management, and impulse control. His clinical strengths include motivational interviewing, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), trauma-based interventions, solution focused therapy, strengths-based techniques, and a creative implementation style of evidenced-based practice. Matt is licensed by the Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage & Family Therapist Board.
