About Mary Paul, CNP

Mary Paul is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in nursing degree from Duke University in Durham, NC. Prior to coming to Valley Medical, Mary worked as a Nurse Practitioner at Hennepin Healthcare for 8 years on the acute inpatient rehab unit. While there, she treated patients with a variety of conditions including traumatic brain injury, stroke, amputation, spinal cord injury, burn, and multiple traumas.

Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Mary worked as a registered nurse on inpatient orthopedic surgical units in Durham, NC, and in Minnesota. Mary is passionate about serving others and strives to provide individialized care tailored to each patient's unique goals. She is attentive to detail, a strong communicator, and prioritizes making personal connections with each patient and their caregivers.
